Our check in days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday
Check-in is from 4:00pm, allowing time to prepare your woodland cabin, shepherd hut or Roundhouse for your arrival.
We also offer a self check-in option for guests arriving later in the evening.
Check-out is by 11 a.m. to allow us time to prepare the cabins for the next woodland glamping guests.

Although we have a relaxed approach, we are strict of certain rules. No rubbish to be left outside the cabins. Please use the bins provided. No loud noise between 10:30pm - 7:30am. Please do not smoke in the cabins. No one is allowed on site other than guests booked in, unless agreed to by us. No fireworks or chinese lanterns.
DO YOU HAVE ELECTRICITY & WI FI?
Coplow Woodland Retreat is designed as a peaceful off-grid escape in the Warwickshire countryside, giving you space to slow down and disconnect from everyday life. As such, there is no Wi-Fi available on site.
Mobile phone signal is generally good across most areas of the retreat, although this may vary slightly depending on your network and location within the woodland.
Each of our woodland cabins and the Roundhouse are equipped with low voltage lighting and USB charging points for small devices such as mobile phones.

f you're celebrating a special occasion, you can book the whole site for a private woodland retreat.
Music should be kept to a minimum after 10.30 p.m out of respect for neighbouring properties, as sound carries easily through the valley.
Hen and stag parties are not permitted unless the intention is a quiet, restorative and nature-based getaway. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a group booking.
Well-behaved, family-friendly dogs are welcome at Coplow Woodland Retreat.
We ask that dogs are kept under control at all times and on a lead if necessary to ensure a safe and relaxed environment for all guests.
There is a £15 additional cleaning charge per stay for guests bringing dogs.
Dogs are not permitted on beds, and owners are responsible for clearing up after them, as children regularly play and explore the woodland.
DO YOU ALLOW ADDITIONAL GUESTS ON SITE?
Only guests listed on your booking confirmation are permitted on site.
For insurance and fire safety reasons, we are unable to allow additional visitors during your stay. However we may allow additional guests to visit guests on site only in exceptional circumstances which are agreed to by us. This helps us maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the woodland retreat.
HOW TO GET TO YOU BY TRAIN?
The nearest train stations are Warwick and Leamington Spa, both approximately 10 minutes away by taxi. Local taxi services and Uber are usually available.
