CHECK IN TIMES

CHECK IN is between 4:00pm -7:00pm.

We do also have a self check in option available for later check in times.
CHECK OUT is by 10.30am.

POWER, WI-FI & PHONE SIGNALS

We want Coplow Woodland Retreat to be an escape from the grid, a peaceful place for you to unwind from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life, so there is no Wi-fi available on site, most mobile phone signals tend to get good reception around Coplow Woodland Retreat. We do have low voltage USB power in each of our cabins for items such as mobile phones. Our Shepherds Hut however has no electric.

DOGS

Well behaved, family friendly dogs are welcome to Coplow Woodland Retreat. If your dog becomes a nuisance to other guests you will be expected to keep your dog on the lead for the rest of your stay. We do however require an additional £15 towards additional cleaning required to bring your four legged friends. We ask that you don't allow them on the beds and pick up and discard of any dogs mess, children do play and explore Coplow Woods. We provide water & feeding bowls.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Special occasion coming up why not book the whole site? We can accommodate up to 8 people (4 in each of our 2 cabins). Soon our Shepherds hut will be open which will accommodate another 2. Please note that music levels need to be kept to a minimum after 10pm, we have various neighbours and unfortunately the sound does travel. Hen and stag do’s are not permitted unless you are planning a spiritual, relaxing getaway. Please do contact us for further information.

BRINGING EXTRA GUESTS ON SITE

Only the specified persons in the order confirmation may be on site. We do not allow extra guests to come visit you on site, this is for insurance and fire safety reasons. Coplow Woodland Retreat is a peaceful place for you to relax.

Our nearest train station's are Warwick or Leamington Spa, both are approximately 10 minutes away by car and have good taxi services plus Uber.
